We have exciting and delicious news to share with you! With a mere 80 days left until the start of this year's Epcot Food and Wine Festival we have details on new marketplace booths, menu items, special events, and much more!
New booths coming to and/or returning the Festival this year include: The Chew Collective, Chocolate Studio, Islands of the Caribbean, and the Wine & Dine Studio. Other favorites returning this year include Australia, Canada, Farm Fresh, France, Hawaii, Ireland, New Zealand, Patagonia, Scotland, and more!
The Wine & Dine Studio will debut in the Next Eats section of Future World and will be serving up a Pork Tenderloin with a Cannellini Bean Ragout and Zinfandel Reduction. Another menu item is the Seared Scallop with a Truffled Celery Root Puree, Brussel Sprouts and Wild Mushrooms.
The new Chocolate Studio will be the place to find the Liquid Nitro Chocolate-Almond Truffle with Warm Whiskey Caramel.
There's also another new Marketplace Booth but the name is going to be announced later. This booth will be serving dishes featuring Village Farms tomatoes. That's right: a whole booth dedicated to tomatoes!
The Islands of the Caribbean is returning to the Festival this year after a hiatus and you'll find Mojo Pork with Black Beans, Cilantro Rice, and Pickled Red Onions on the menu as well as Quesito, which is a puff pastry with sweetened cream cheese and guava sauce.
