We've done the Halloween Party in '08 and the '11. It seemed to have been downsized in '11. Anyone know if it's back to its original splendor? Face painting, tons of decor, etc. Going in early Sept, any reason to think the party is not as grand due to the date?

My guess is that the date may be part of the reason. It takes a couple of weeks for Disney to roll out the seasonal decor, so there may not be quite as much up during the early dates. My trips were in October of '11, '12, & '13 so I can't say how much it has changed overall since 2008.
