2014 has been an awesome year here at Walt Disney World for Grown-ups, and our staff and guest authors have enjoyed every minute of bringing you all the exciting happenings from the Vacation Kingdom of the World. January started off strong with the introduction of a new way to save for vacation! In February Guest Author Simon gave us a glimpse of Rides That Never Were: Walt Disney World - Western River Expedition.
Love is always in the air for grown-ups on a Disney vacation. How do we know? Romance and Honeymoons at Disney are some of our most searched terms, and March offered up great Ideas For Adding Romance To Your Walt Disney World Vacation. Followed by a fantastic article in April sharing Top 10 Tips for Making the Most Out of a Visit to Epcot
In May the New Fantasyland expansion was completed and we learned Fun Facts About Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. It was the perfect way to slide into June with 5 Reasons To Visit Walt Disney World This Summer - or any summer!
Another great Guest post from Geordon in July helped us to prepare for Traveling to Walt Disney World During Hurricane Season by sharing tips to protect your vacation and offering up a little of what you can expect. September got frugal with the Top 10 Things You Can Get for Free at the Walt Disney World Resort - who doesn't love free!? Then in October regular Guest Author Holly took us for a look In The Utilidors: Disney Underground. Her Disney History posts have shared lots of fun and geeky insider secrets all year long.
By November we were starting to feel that holiday crunch and thought we'd offer you a brief respite from your touring day with the Top 10 Spots to Take a Break When Touring Epcot. December brought some fun news for Disney shareholders and excitement when Disney Unveils Collectible Shareholder Certificate.
Yes indeed, 2014 was a year full of great news and articles highlighting the fun that Guests can have at the Walt Disney World Resort. As this year comes to a close, we here at Walt Disney World for Grown-ups look forward to 2015 with the anticipation of even more brand new Disney experiences to share.

My personal favourite disney moment from 2014 was renewing my wedding vows with hubby Simon on our balcony at animal Kingdom lodge, finishing the day with desserts and cocktails at top of the world lounge.

My personal favorite Disney moment of 2014 was celebrating my 60th birthday at the resort culminated with a fantastic dinner at Queen Victoria's room at the Grand Floridian. A special day spent with loved ones in a special place.
