The countdown is on for the first debut of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. We recently got a peek at the new menus that are set to keep weary travelers fueled and on the go for what is sure to be an arduous journey to outer reaches of the galaxy. The remote nature of Black Spire Outpost and the planet Batuu means that it's a place with an appreciation for farm to table dining, so guests can be assured they will be able to taste exotic fare inspired by the local culture. Five distinct eateries will cater to those passing through with inspiration coming from unique spices, ingredients, and even cooking techniques.
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo
Visitors to Black Spire Outpost will find a transport shuttle docked on top of a large hangar, with Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. Docked in the hangar is Tugg's Grub, which Disney tells us is a "traveling diner for diners traveling." Consider this a sort of food truck on the Galaxy's Edge. Run by Chef Strono "Cookie" Tuggs, this mobile kitchen and restaurant is filled with travels exotic ingredients gathered through his interstellar travels. Cookie uses to make new and unusual dishes inspired by his time on Takodana. Two of the dishes being served up here, the Felucian Garden Spread, and the Ithorian Garden Loaf will delight plant-based eaters by reaching far outside the Disney's usual fast-casual box.
Oga's Cantina
This is the experience that Star Wars fans have been waiting for over decades, a chance to step inside a galactic Cantina. Run by the boss of the Black Spire Outpost underworld, Oga Garra, Oga's Cantina attracts some of the most interesting folks. The Cantina "patrons come from across the galaxy to sample the famous concoctions offered here." The cocktail (and mocktail) menu is truly astronomical with beverages being served up from morning to well into the night. Live all good places to hang, the music spinning is off the chain from DJ R-3X , the artist formerly known as known as REX from Star Tours. Seems that spunky little droid has reinvented himself as the cantina's resident DJ. Of course he's just as quirky and talkative as ever making sure that Oga's Cantina is always a party waiting to happen.
Black Spire Outpost Market
Ronto Roasters sits as the centerpiece of the Black Spire Outpost Marketplace, drawing in passersby with a large podracing engine that's firing up a barbecue pit. Hungry customers who queue up to order will encounter a former settler droid, 8D-JB, carefully turning the spit of meats.
Elsewhere in the marketplace is Kat Saka's Kettle, which offers Outpost Mix (a unique popcorn snack with a colorful blend of sweet and spicy flavors)
Milk Stand serving up two local favorites: Blue Milk and Green Milk served as a frozen beverage.
While all of the latest information is coming out directed at the opening in Disneyland, these two versions of Galaxy's Edge are going to be identical at opening in every way. That means we East Coast folks also have a great idea of what we can look forward to.

I agree! I just can't do the blue or green milk.

Do you remember the green ketchup phase? I tried it and couldn't do it. I'd suspect the same of green or blue milk.
