Disney Marvel Brings Entertainment And Normalcy To Children In The Hospital

Marvel Entertainment and Disney have always tried to brighten the hearts and minds of children suffering from disorders and terminal illnesses. February 2015 saw the beginning of a brand new initiative that was dubbed "Compassion Month." During this time, Disney Parks at locations all over the world (including on the cruise ships) took some sort of active part in making the lives of children and families more magical by sharing and caring for those who may be struggling with terminal illnesses or disorders.

Disney VoluntEARS Show Character in Central Florida

Disney's outstanding commitment to the communities of Central Florida not only brings magic to families through the Disney Parks and Resorts but through a vast array of charitable giving programs and Disney VoluntEARS. The Cast Members are truly the ones who bring the magic home and in 2012, Disney Cast Members dubbed "VoluntEARS" gave upwards of 216,000 hours toward improving the lives of Central Floridians.
