Christmas came early to a Central Florida fund set up to aid the homeless. The Walt Disney World Resort recently announced a $500,000 grant for the Homeless Impact Fund which was established by the Central Florida Commission on Homelessness.

Disney and ABC Teaming with Feed America to Provide Meals to the Hungry During the Holidays

Disney and ABC are teaming with Feeding America to help feed the hungry during the holiday season.

The effort is part of ABC's Season of Service campaign and Disney and ABC have announced they will donate $750,000 in cash and will match public donations made to Feed America.

Disney Donates $100K to Support Disaster Relief in Central Florida

Walt Disney World recently donated $100,000 to the American Red Cross Mid-Florida Region to support the organization's disaster relief services.

This donation, which will be used immediately by the Red Cross to help families impacted by local disasters, is part of Disney's ongoing support of the Red Cross' Annual Disaster Giving Program. The program supports emergency and disaster preparedness around the country.
