Three new restaurants, each with a focus on Italian food and beverages, have been announced for Disney Springs. The restaurants will be adjacent to The Edison complex, and all are slated to open sometime this winter.
The state-of-the-art gondola system Disney Skylinerhas been making its first test runs over the past week. The system will conveniently connect Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot to four resort hotels- Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Pop Century Resort and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort as well as the proposed 15th Disney Vacation Club property, Disney's Riviera Resort.
A couple of months ago I stopped in to Maria & Enzo's for a grand lunch with friends at Disney Springs. While I'm working on a full review I wanted to take a minute to talk a bit about the absolutely spectacular tiramisu because to be honest, I'm still dreaming about it.
