Almost time for ADR's

Ok so it's almost time to make some ADR's...I need suggestions...heres the general trip layout and hypothetically we will have the dining plan...

Saturday: Arriving hopefully mid afternoon, planning on our hotel or DTD for food.
Sun:Probably Epcot...
Mon:Possibly Epcot again or an "exploring resorts" day
Tues:AK
Wed:MK
Thurs:HS
Fri: This day we are basically leaving open to do whatever we missed.
Sat: Leaving in the late afternoon, so probably DTD.

Ok, lets hear it! Where are we eating?! biggrin

You'll have to try Earl of Sandwich at DTD...AMAZING!

There are so many amazing places at Epcot, and since you're going during F&W you'll want to spend at least most of one day trying all the stuff they have. But for ADRs, some of my favorite places at Epcot are Rose & Crown and Biergarten. I've heard the table service in Mexico & Japan are really good as well, but I've never eaten there.

On the day you're exploring resorts, maybe you should try a restaurant at a resort? Ohana gets amazing reviews around here, so I'm sure you'll like it. I love California Grill, but its counted as signature dining...

As far as the others go, I can't really help there...sorry!

I was just about to recommend Rose & Crown until I remembered they screwed their menu all up.

Let's start with Epcot. I'm always in favor of Via Napoli. What do you think about that one?

I agree with Earl of Sandwich for DTD, Wolfgang Pucks is also amazing there.

Via Napoli (Italy) is one of my favorites at Epcot, I also love the Tangerine Cafe (Morocco). I like to just snack around the world through Epcot.

At Animal Kingdom, I suggest Yak & Yeti table service.

Cape May (Yacht Club) is my favorite Character Breakfast. Kona Cafe (Polynesian) also has a great breakfast.

Ohana (Polynesian) for dinner is fun and I found the food to be good.

I haven't eaten there in awhile, but I say Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom too!

I love Les Chefs de France. If you go during the day, you may get to see Remy. He doesn't make an appearance at night.

You can't go wrong with Wolfgang Pucks at DTD. Teppan Edo is good at Epcot. Boma at AKL. Mamma Melroses at HS. And of course Whispering Canyon and Ohana.

I'm about 2 1/2 weeks from making our ADR's. We are going Deluxe, so I have a lot of credits to work with and I've spent months figuring out where we want to eat. Then worked on which days...although I still need more info before I can "finalize" the plans.

We have a lot of Signatures on our list since we are going Deluxe, but for the single TS, I have:

Cape May (both breakfast and dinner)
Teppan Edo
Chefs de France
Yak & Yeti (this will probably be cut if we find out that Be Our Guest will be open)
Kona (wanted Ohana, but going to have to do it on our MNSHHP day and we don't want a dinner reservation right before the party, so with Kona we can do late lunch)
Captain's Grill (since we're staying at YC, I thought this would be good for lunch the day we arrive.)
Akershus - breakfast

I think that's all of them, but I could be missing something. We've never eaten at any of them since we wanted this trip to be all about trying new things.

You have great choices! When we've done MNSSHP and MVMCP, we like to have an ADR in MK, so when we're done we walk straight out into the beginning of the party. Usually, we do a liberty tree tavern ADR an hour to an hour and a half before the party starts.

We're thinking that if BOG is open, we'll try to make a dinner ADR there for the night we go to the party. There were just so many places we haven't been and we really spent a lot of time narrowing down our list. (I think I started planning meals over a year ago - so almost 2 years before our trip is even going to happen.) None of the MK places made the cut, except CRT, but we want that for breakfast...and really just for the experience anyway.

Be Our Guest - the new restaurant that is going to be in Fantasyland at MK. Reports say opening "Fall 2012", but we have no idea when in the fall it will be open. I'm just hoping it's open when I'm there at the end of Oct.
