Annual pass parking question

Annual pass parking question

we are staying offsite this trip waiting but we have annual passes for free parking at the parks. However, our old passes expired and we renewed them but we haven't been to quest services to pick them up yet. I'm just wondering if anyone knows how parking works if we pick up our tickets at guest services at Hollywood Studios. Do we pay for parking first then get our money back? Do we just lose out on the money?

Last year we happened to be at Downtown Disney first and picked up our passes so I'm not sure how it works going to a park first confused

You will probably have to pay, then get reimbursed.

Speaking of Disney Magic, when you renew your annual pass, I thought you kept the same anniversary date. Ours expired October 18 2015 so I thought our renewals would be the same. We went last night to get our new ones and the cast member changed our anniversary date so we wouldn't lose out on 2 months. They now expire January 2 2017 yay

My In-laws ended up paying for parking at the entrance, but were reimbursed later that day at Guest Relations at the Ticket & Transportation Center (where you catch the monorails to MK and Epcot).. mickey awesome
