I figure I can ask this here because you guys might actually have BEEN to the hotel lounges (it seems like people don't take the time to visit them very often as a general rule). Does anyone have a favorite lounge in the deluxe or moderate resorts? Any suggestions for one to visit for a light dinner?

I probably have spent the most time in Victoria Falls Lounge in AKL. I really like the way it's laid out and the decoration.

I love Victoria Falls as well. I also like the one at POR and the one at the Poly. I think the piano guy at POR helps boost that one to the top.
Also, the pool bar at POP is pretty great as well.
Oh heck, I love them all as long as they have margies.

Haven't ever heard them called margies! That's too funny.
I haven't been to POR to see Bob, but I've heard great things about him.
I heart Bob Jackson! (he is also a friend of mine on Facebbok!) and I love going to the port to listen to him too! But hands down Im gonna say Top of the World Lounge...WOW! But I also like Kimonos as the Swan and Dolphin I do believe...but I do wish they would bring back the Adventurer's club!
