Best Place to Eat at AKL

I really want to go eat at AKL this fall to check out the resort but my husband doesn't want to. He says he doesn't want to try any of the restaurants...he is not adventurous at all. What do you think the best place would be to eat and with kids too?

The only one we have tried so far is Sanaa for lunch. That ended up being my favorite meal of that trip. They do have a burger on the menu at lunch time.

With kids..probably Boma..they have a lot of "normal" food on the buffet as well. Especially if your husband is a meat and potatoes kind of guy..they have a wonderful prime rib and I think Wednesdays are rib night. The kids will have some choices there too.

I've only done Boma, but it's our fav of all wdw restaurants. The first time we tried it we had a dinner ADR, loved it so much we went back for breakfast and dinner the next night!

Exactly. With kids. Boma. Hands down. My kids LOVE that place. They can get normal food, to down right crazy food if they want. There is enough variety there where kids can be happy.

I should have mentioned this last time..but I was just reminded tonight because we were talking about it..but Boma SMELLS amazing. Dave was not all excited about eating there but the second we started smelling it he was on board.

I agree, Boma is our all time fave restaurant. It has a great variety if you want to try some different foods, but the prime rib is fabulous and there is lots of staple kids foods that are good too. The desserts are incredible, the zebra cakes are my favorite. If you ask they will e mail you the recipes. We have the ginger carrot soup for Christmas every year!
