I will be in WDW Nov 3-6. I've been reading a lot and have seen that the counter service for BOG is sometimes open. Is there anyone who has been in the last few days who knows what the schedule of opening for that is? We are going to be stoked if we get to experience part of the new fantasyland!

Not sure, but a rumor was passed on to me that it might be open for lunch on Sunday so I'm going to check it out! Where are you reading it from?
When I was there last week the restaurant was open at various times for viewing but was not serving any food. Maybe this is changed, though. Hopefully someone else has better information for you, that would be cool to try stuff early! However, as far as I know (and according to the CM we talked to) the restaurant is not serving food until it's official opening on November 19th. Gaston's Tavern next door was serving food and drinks, though.

Thanks for your input. I've been reading a lot on the DIS Boards and just saw a rumored post the counter service was opening Oct. 28. We're just really hoping for the best and keeping our fingers crossed. 2 of us are well seasoned disney guests and 1 has never been so it would be an awesome experience.
I just read too many blogs I suppose and don't have the patience to "wait and see"!
Hrmm, I wonder if that's where my source saw it too. Could be.
I totally understand about the blogs. I've had so many friends that have been already it's hard to remember it's not actually open yet!
