Good Morning People...I'd like to throw this question to everyone, but curious to hear from UK travellers..On our last visit in 2012. I was super excited on our 180 day to go online and book our ADRS however we had problems downloading our booking reference number and therefore had to phone Disney reservations..It was no problem and the nice lady got us our restaurants and times we wished for...She asked us how long were we staying at WDW and we told her 14 nights, she then asked me if we would like priority fireworks viewing for " Wishes " and " Illuminations " ...Whit?.. Yes please...Well we were given a 9 digit reference similar to the ADR reference for both shows..Needless to say the seating areas were awesome..Now to my question..Is it beneficial to speak to someone on the phone at reservations rather than booking on line as this year we want to celebrate our DS 17th birthday with an ADR at Jiko and would like to get a small birthday cake that night...Also we would like to celebrate our official 15th wedding anniversary at Yachtsmen Steakhouse..( reason I say official is in 2012 we celebrated our 25 years together as a couple ) So what do you think about it..Especially UK folk...It is a 0800 ( free ) number to phone,so it's not going to cost anything phone wise..?
