I don't know anything about the different models - I'm a bit of a technological idiot. But my son has a GoPro, slaps it on his helmet when he's out on his motorcycle, and sends us the most amazing videos of his rides. I can't wait to see what you do with it.

Hazegry, let me know how you like that. I'm try to decide about that or Looxcie, but I'm also looking to live stream and the GoPro is a little more bulky.
The videos I've seen with both though are amazing.

Well Mrferret I will be using this mostly for videos, I have a D7000 Nikon I use for still shots. Now this camera does some cool burst photo stuff so there's a possibility of using them for some stuff I will test both cameras on burst mode and see if the gopro has an advantage. I will post videos here of my tests and of some of video I shoot as I get familiar with the camera for our next Disney trip as long as Kristen doesn't mind. I will say that the smart phone app makes it much easier to set the functions of the camera and its free. I will post a link later angels is rushing me out the door for some black Friday sales lol.

ok well I learned you cant really rotate your video, and gopros video editing software kinda stinks but I am working it all out heres a burn out with the truck its a 1950 dodge.
