Hi Isabel - it's possible, but it will depend on if Disney is offering it again next year and when in October you are planning on going. We booked a bounce back offer for August/September when we visited this past January and received 35% off our room rate. Disney did offer the bounce back in 2013 as well, so odds are, they probably will again. There should be information in the room that will advise you of the discount and for what days during the year it's available - with October you should be ok, unless you are planning over the Columbus holiday. You just need to book it before you check out and provide your $200 refundable deposit. It's very easy. Keep in mind, that they have only offered room discounts the past couple of years, not free dining. Hope that helps.
