Even if it hasn't been announced yet (which I don't know), I'd be shocked if they didn't have it, given the economy.

That bounceback was in place for folks who visited the resorts last year--free dining for 5 day/6 night packages at a moderate or deluxe, including tickets. I think the numbers were $74 per person per day (based on 4 people) for moderates and $98 per person per day (based on 4 people) for deluxes.
No word on general public or visa free dining for this year.

Well the free dining that is in place now is going to be ending soon so I am sure there will be something coming soon. I was told that the UK Disney site is offering free dining thru Xmas so we shall see.

Oof...I should probably start trying for ADRs now if that happens...
