Are they making any changes to BIG THUNDER MOUNTAIN RAILROAD while it is under refurbishment? Is this just cosmetic?

We missethrottling to ride this one. It is our favorite. 
But strolling around and having dole whips and Mickey bars is almost a satisfactory replacement.
