Well since I haven't been in 15 years, some of my choices will be dated, but here goes..... My favorite park is the Magic Kingdom or maybe Epcot, not sure, I love Splash Mountain and Space Mountain, the Maelstrom and ToT. I cannot WAIT to ride Expedition Everest! There are so many things that are probably going to change for me on this upcoming trip, since Disney has changed so much since the last time we went! My favorite characters are Stitch and Winnie the Pooh, hence the choice of avatar pic 
As far as shows and restaurants, I don't think I can effectively answer those, but give me some time after my trip to revisit that!
