We love the unlimited refill mugs, as most everyone else does. They are such a great deal. We love coming back at night for a hot chocolate.
But why do the food courts have an obsession with closing down and cleaning up the drink stations long before the food court closes? At Pop Century they have 3 giant drink stations. At the start of the day all 3 are open for business and needed because of the size of the resort. But even before the dinner rush is over they are closing one of them down to clean it for the next day. Then not much later the 2nd one is closed, leaving the last couple of hours of the day with a crowded mess at the only one left.
We had pretty much the same issue at AllStar Movies. Pay a couple people to stay late and clean up. Is it really that big a deal.
