Could This Be The Ultimate Burger At WDW.

Ok folks..Stay with me on this one..Three years ago we were on holidays on Cyprus..We went to this restaurant which served Wagu beef....It was awesome...Then a few days later we had Kobe burgers from the same restaurant on a carry out..Whoa! Now I see that Yak & Yeti have a Kobe burger...$18.99.... Has anyone tried it..???.. eek ..Where is your number one burger at WDW...

I can not say enough good things about the Kobe beef burger! It is hands down my favorite thing that we ate on our last trip and that includes F&WF items! It was so amazing and I'm not normally a big burger fan. My DH, on the other hand, IS a huge burger fan and he loved it as well. It's the one restaurant we ate at last trip that we're repeating on this trip, just so we can get that burger again. Delicious!

There are a lot of good burgers out there. I haven't had the kobe beef burger myself but boy, I really want that burger so badly. 10 oz high quality beef, the slaw and some fries. Sounds delicious. Anyway, I also heard Raglan Road has a really good burger with irish bacon, tomato chutney and cheddar cheese.

Raglan Road's Burger:

And there are some interesting ones out there:

Grand Floridian's Burger with Lobster at the GF Cafe

Kona Cafe's Surf and Turf Deluxe

Liberty Tree Tavern's Angus Chuck Cheeseburger

If I made anyone very hungry, I sincerely apologize! laugh

I've heard nothing but great things about the Kobe burger at Yak & Yeti. Making me consider dining there this trip (which is mainly QS) just to try it (and the fried green beans).

I just now saw this, haha, but I'm aware that it's just the main Yak & Yeti, not the QS! I was just considering throwing in an ADR there in with my crazy commando-style QS eating park touring.

I will admit, I have never tried the Kobe burger. Honestly, at that price, my Scottish blood wouldn't allow me to enjoy it. Best burger I have had on property was at Sassagoula Float Works at POFQ. Roumelade sauce for spice, and shrimp. Yum!

You don't ruin a Kobi Burger by putting bacon (or Jalapeno's) on it, that is sacrilege! eek

That would be like putting a steak sauce on a really good steak. You just don't do it! yuck

Agreed! There's nothing worse than watching someone take a nice juicy cut of steak and cook in until it's a dry cookie then smother it in steak sauce. yuck

What they don't realize is the reason they need the steak sauce is because the cooked the flavor out of the steak! eek

You don't need anything for the Kobe at Yak & Yeti. It was delicious as is - you do get to choose either a coleslaw or mushroom topping. I chose the coleslaw.
