Which version did you like better? What was the difference? From what I gather it is mostly the same, but have read the latter is a tamed down version.

I never rode Countdown to Extinction (it only existed for a little while, right?), but have also heard that Dinosaur is tamer!
Personally, I was terrified to ride Dinosaur for a long time and still ride with my eyes closed most of the ride. I know. Pathetic!

I hate hate hate Dinosaur. Not because it scares me, but the ride is so bumpy and my knees get abused. I will NEVER ride that thing again!

We talked about the knee-bashing on that ride before. I'm tall as well, but haven't had that problem. I wonder if it depends on where you sit?

i'm tall-ish and i'd say i pay attention to my knees, but i've never had a bad knee bang. how tall are you lifeisforliving?

That's a bit taller than I. I'm in the same place as greebil though. I find myself watching my knees on the ride, but I wouldn't let it keep me from the ride. The fact that it's not my one of my favorite rides, causes me not to ride it that much. I wouldn't say it's not a good ride, I'd just rather go ride EE an extra time than try to ride this one.
