We are trying to do the Tomorrowland Terrace dessert party on December 30 for the later fireworks show. We already have 3 but Grandma decided to come along so we need to change it to a reservation for 4. Is anyone planning on cancelling their reservation?

Your best bet would be to cal directly and see if they can do anything for you. Someone on here cancelling would not mean you could get the opening. Disney's system is not that "real time".
Tried calling, my only hope is someone cancelling. I figure my odds are increased if I can try to coordinate with people and at least know when someone cancelled their reservation so that I can keep an eye out for when it shows up. Thanks for trying to help though!
