Bali, that was Seared Bison filet with a white corn & mushroon risotto, with roasted turnips & chestnuts. It was really, really good! I don't see it on the menu now.

She's converted. Her brother had a baby last March, turned 1 this past March, and she's planning a trip for when he is 3 for her family because she wants him to see it as a kid. Even with the rain she had a wonderful time.

Re A Ipela is a municipality in Postmasburg, South Africa. There is also a song (presumably named after the place) by that name. Not sure what that has to do with dessert though
