Disney World Snacks You Are Looking Forward To

What snacks have you designated on your must-try list? We've been a few times so I've tried most of the classics, but the new Waffle Sandwiches at Sleepy Hollow look like a must-try for me. Reviews have been pretty good from what I've read too. What are you guys looking forward to?

I am very excited to try a dark chocolate salted caramel from karamel-kuche (sp????)....I love wethers caramel so I might have to try a few things from there before my week is done. I also love peanut butter and chocolate so I'll definitely be getting one of the pb cupcakes I've seen on DFB

I'm dying to try the cappuccino cupcake that Jess raves about at Hollywood Studios, and anything from the Karamel-Keutch. I also want to try the new waffles from Sleep Hollow. Thanks for the reminder, Brad. And of course I have to have me my Dole Whip, but that one's a given!

For snacks, we're looking forward to trying a couple of the cupcakes (cappuccino for me, "The King" for the guy) and some of the pastries in France and Norway. These are more so dessert treats, we usually bring along some trail mix for a snack.

We're also hoping to hit up the waffle sandwiches for lunch one day (chicken and waffles are a BIG deal in this home).

Those Waffle sandwhiches have been on my list since you first posted about them a few months back Brad.

Petriedish - We tried the dark chocolate salted caramel from karamel-kuche our last trip, I liked but Im not sure scrappy did, but she really dislikes salt.

Mrhub- I'm glad to hear you liked it...I wish I didnt love salt as much as I do....but I do. My absolute favorite chocolate bar is Lindt dark chocolate with sea salt,so I know the salted caramel wil be right up my alley

Excellent photo. I was wondering how large the treat was...seems like its pretty sizable against the napkin and your hand #excited!

I'm dying for a waffle sandwich, but I just cant seem to make it to MK before they stop serving them!

I actually just tried Casey's Corner a few weeks ago! ...but now I'm obsessed with those corn dog nuggets.

Jeff, that photo is fantastic. Gotta get one. The fact that I can see the salt on it sealed the deal.

Looking forward to the chocolate/caramel covered grapes at the Karamell-Kuche. Saw the photos and review at the Disney food blog a couple months ago, and haven't stopped thinking about them since. Hope they're still there in October!

You will love this! We saw Jeff's photo, and got one in May. Yum! And yes, they are quite large. Double Yum!!!

For our trip in October, I want to try the chocolate pineapple treats from DTD, and ANY of the cupcakes.

I went to karamel-kuche last year and got a caramel apple and wasn't impressed at all which kind of got me disappointed....but chocolate sea salt caramel is my favorite candy right now so I am most definately going to have to try that out

The waffle sandwiches! Nutella and fruit? Sign me up! Love Karamel Kuche! I can't decide what I want there yet, but chocolate covered pineapple does sound delicious!

I always look forward to a simple Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich.

But now I want to try a Mickey shaped pretzel with plastic cheese from Casey's (thanks for that addiction, AJ! ><), and I really want to try that cappuccino cupcake at HS that Jess told us about!

Karamel-kuche has only been open a year, maybe two at the most. So if you haven't been recently you've got that to look forward to! World Showcase has gotten a lot of great foodie additions in the past couple of years!

Nothing appeals to me nearly as much as the offerings at the Food and Wine Festival booths. But I think I would like to try a Mickey ice cream bar this year.

Butterfinger cupcake, cappuccino cupcake, dole whip, Mickey bar, salted caramel, carrot cake cookie, red velvet cheesecake cupcake, Casey's hot dog bites, elephant ear, sweet pretzel . . .

I know thats a lot, but since I won't be back for a long while, I can dream as big as I want! laugh
