This came just in time after our Duffy the Bear discussion. A Duffy Head cup is available at Epcot with an ice cream purchase. I think the cup is a little creepy. Read about it here and cast your vote on DFB.

I have no idea who Duffy is, but the idea of eating bear brains while watching the fireworks means I have to have it! The zombie in me is calling to Duffy BBBBBBBBBBBBRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Definitely NO Duffy Bear for us! And I certainly would not eat ice cream out of his HEAD!!! We're boycotting him!
Even though there's a hidden Mickey in his face, still don't like him.

Duffy is just a little to wierd for me. Eating ice cream out of his head is definitely a no. Disney seems to have missed the mark on this one.
We've stayed at:
Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge, Beach/Yacht Club, Old Key West Resort, Port Orleans (Riverside & French Quarter), Coronado Springs, Boardwalk Inn, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Caribbean Beach, Pop Century, All Star (Music & Sports).
The Duffy hate is making me laugh! I don't really care one way or the other about the little guy. But it's really funny that he's inciting such passion. I'll probably pass on the Duffy head cup. We have too many cups as it is.
A bowl, is a bowl, is a bowl, so that part would not bother me BUT $8.69 fpr a "serving of ice cream" does bother my wallet.
Just call me an old cheapskate I guess.
I agree with Lizzy on this. I am not a fan of Duffy but he does not bother me either. I however would not buy that bowl mostly because it looks like it is glass. I would not want to walk around the park carrying the thing once I had finished the ice cream.
Sorry I've brought my duffy dislike here. I'm not judgmental and don't care if others like him. It started as a joke in our family, but reading other posts, blogs and comments, seems we are not the only ones not feelin the duffy love. It's very unusual for us to dislike anything about Disney, but Duffy just isn't endearing to us. It's funny that my 11yr old started it all and her dislike of him is serious, we're not sure where it came from. Some people think he's creepy, maybe she feels something we don't, who knows. She is very defensive of Mickey!

You know what? My Dad LOVES Duffy. The man is 57 years old, mind you. He's been following Duffy's voyage to Disney World via micechat.com for about a year and a half. The man knows everything there is to know about that bear. It's pretty funny.
We're going to WDW in October and we'll be there for my Dad's birthday and you better believe we'll be visiting for a photo with the Duffster.

No worries, Julie! It's not offensive in the least. It's seriously cracking me up! I guess I see Duffy like Figment and other non-Disney characters that Disney has pushed through the years...I don't really care about him, but he doesn't bother me.
If we toddle on long enough, altogether, I feel CERTAIN that we'll find something the I either love, or that drives me nuts, that everyone else will be all like "What's the big deal?" Variety is the spice of life for sure
I LOVE Duffy and do not understand all the animosity towards him and those who like him, BUT I would NOT want that Duffy head cup even if it was free! The thought of eating out of it freaks me out!
I love Duffy, but then I've always been a Teddy Bear girl and the selection of them in Germany just isn't quite what it used to be. Disney used to host a HUGE Teddy Bear convention too that I used to want to attend when I was a girl. Duffy's face is a big hidden Mickey, and I do love the hidden Mickeys. He's happy There's a very "wrong" Twitter account that has Duffy talking with some very blue themes, and a bunch of other folks I follow love taking "drunk Duffy" picturs and tweeting them out. People seem to have more fun with him than they can with Characters that already have set personalities. Your Duffy Bear can be anything and have any personality that you want him too. I will probably be buying the Duffy head cup, I think it will make a cute little bank for spare change.
