I too pay my annual dues monthly - autopay out of my checking account.
To answer your question, in reading other forums - it seems that you can use the money rewards earned from using your Disney charge card towards paying off a portion of your annual dues.
I am not sure of the mechanics of the transaction. But I would check to make sure this truly can be done.
