I know that maintenance fees are different for each DVC resort, but do they increase at a steady rate (for instance, will the fees for OKW increase at an equal rate to the fees at Bay Lake)?
Also, where's the best list or chart of maintenance fees?

The new schedule will change this, adding a few points to the weeknights, subtracting a few from the weekends, but leaving the weekly TOTAL the same.
