OKW selling for 50 or 30 years now?

Is Disney selling OKW anymore or can you only buy it resale? And, if Disney is selling, is it for 50 or 30 years?

I think Disney can always sell them for 50 if they want. Otherwise in 30 more years they'd have to just tear the place down right?
