I'd love to try the Philly (whether or not I'd actually order that instead of my Full Montagu remains unknown), but since it's limited time I doubt it will still be there when I go in September.

DFB likes the BBQ Chicken, the Philly cheesesteak, eh...not so much. For me, I can't see myself eating those any time soon. Maybe I need to plan a day trip to head to the EOS in New York City on 6th Avenue just to have those though I can't see myself turning down my favorite Full Montagu.....
Some observs: The steak sandwich doesn't look like steak, it looks like roast beef from what I've seen. I don't think I personally would order that over a regular cheesesteak and I like mine on a long roll with onions, peppers and mushrooms with some fries.
I agree that the BBQ chicken is the best though I'd probably exclude the raw onions. (Not a fan of raw onion.) Could that be better than my guilty pleasure Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki at Subway? Hard to say for me......
