We would skip Canada. Can't see what all the hype was about and frankly we were totally mortified by our waitress who kept telling all her tables that all Canadians love poutine!!! I think my husband got his revenge by loudly saying "I'm Canadian and can't stand the stuff". She just didn't know what to say after that. We didn't really care for China either. When we went the menu was horrible.
