Joe heard about the Santa Hat cotton candy and we found it in the China pavilion this evening! It's super cool to watch the artist make! But I would not pay $15 for it 
And holy ginger cookie, Batman! We heard about this ginger cookie sandwich with salted caramel buttercream at Karamel Kuche from The Disney Food Blog and had to try it. And boy, it did not disappoint!!! This was SOOO good. 2 ginormous soft ginger cookies with a salted caramel buttercream filling and a swirl of caramel around the outside. The best treat we ever had by far. It's huge and HEAVY!! I think it could easily be split 4 ways. I think I ate 2/3 over 2 days and joe at 1/3. It was amazing!
