Epic Mickey!

I didn't see a post for this yet though Ive been so busy I may have missed it! I can't stop playing! The graphics are so fun and it's nice to play a video game where I actually have to think and create! And getting to do this with the Mouse in Disney is so fun! Loves it! Anyone else addicted already, too?!

I'm really glad to hear a review of this. I saw an advertisement and it looked really interesting. Is it on XBox? Wii? I can't remember.

I remember seeing the concept art for it a few months ago in one of my husbands video game magazines. It looked awesome. We don't have it yet but I am sure it won't be long...especially if it gets good reviews..he can't resist the hottest new game.

It's exclusively for Wii...which I don't quite understand. We're not gamers at all - don't even own a gaming system - but what's the hottest system? Is it Wii? Do you think anyone will actually go and buy a Wii just to buy this game?

I hope they come out with other versions at some point. It's a shame that it's only available on one type of system...but I'm sure that it's by some kind of financial arrangement. The game sounds really interesting, though.

My husband is a big video game guy..and he would say an Xbox or Playstation for serious gamers and a Wii for everyone else. We have a Wii & a XBox..he plays the Xbox almost everyday and I like the Wii. We play Wii Sports and Sports Resort and it's a lot of fun. I think it's the best one for kids as well.

I've watched the video's on youtube for Epic Mickey and it looks great, we even have a Wii. I may get it, but rarely play video games and get fed up with out sons running rings around me on them, they never give anyone a chance to even work out what they are supposed to be doing before taking over and beating their scores into the ground, so I suspect it won't get much use if I do buy it.

Maybe I'll just keep watching the intro video over and over again silly

I've wanted to try it, but we haven't gotten it yet. Probably for Christmas. I'm not looking forward to getting addicted, though, which is what I'm hearing WILL happen! laugh

It's addicting. It's more of a strategy and thinking game than a kill as many enemies as you possible can game...though that is part of it. At times it's annoying but in that frustrating I just want to finish this type of way. I don't want to give away too many spoilers but it's so fun!

Jason is obsessively playing this. Right now. He just did a Steamboat Willie level which was AWESOME. I can't wait until I get to play (he got the game so he is playing through first then it is my turn).

But yeah, it is SO cool. Any huge Disney fan would really appreciate it, they=re are hidden gems everywhere!

I finished it! I'm just re-playing now to unlock extra content and complete some challeneges I hadn't done yet!

I got it for scrappy and she got it for me, so we got two copies of it! LOL!. I'm still trying to figure out how to hook up the XBOX I got!

We love our Wii, but don't have Epic Mickey, yet. Wanted to wait to see if Santa brought it, but, alas, he didn't. Guess we'll be taking advantage of some after-Christmas sales!

My son got it for Christmas, and he didnt like it. Thought it was too hard. And this is coming from someone who played Halo Reach non-stop. I try to play it as much as I can, but the Wii is on a tv that my son hangs around. So I dont get to play it as much as him. All I play is my 360.
