As work continues on the previously announced expansion of Fantasyland, the last day of operation for Mickey's Toontown Fair will be February 11, 2011.

I'm kinda sad about this. I mean, I'm not of the generation that never knew the park before this area existed, but still...the very first time I walked through Mickey's and Minnie's homes, I fell in love. It will be fun to see what they do with the Barnstormer, though. I hear it might get a second life.

Will Mickey & Minnie's house be gone? I can't remember. We weren't much of Toontown freaks..but I always loved exploring their houses..they were cute!

From the articles I've read, I'd say yes. They talk about the area being razed (oof) and demolished (ouch.) And since they're focusing more on the fairy tales, I don't think Mickey and Minnie will have much of a place in Fantasyland
