Favorite "hidden spots" in WDW?

Do you have any hidden spots -- restaurants, cafes, seating areas in resorts or theme parks -- that you love to go to? Maybe the places where the crowds don't congregate? Would love a few ideas.

Not really "hidden" but I like the Knot Garden behind Great Britain in Epcot. It is usually and you can usually find a place to sit.

Thanks, Millie! I love the suggestion of the garden behind the UK! I think that would be a great place to sit with a cup of coffee when WS first opens.

I love the flower maze behind Epcot as well! I also love all the hidden walkways in the Animal Kingdom. In MK I love to sit and people watch in Liberty Square near the Christmas Shoppe there is a little alcove with a bench.

How about the "porches" in Magic Kingdom's liberty square and frontierland where you can find those lovely rocking chairs!

There's a little "shack" down by the "river" in AK. Does anyone know where I'm talking about?
