Was anyone at the Magic Kingdom yesterday?
Storybook Circus had a soft open where guests could ride The Great Goofini, the new railroad attraction and Dumbo. I heard it was packed!

allears.net had some pictures and an article. I'll try to find it and link it here. My cousin and her family are in WDW right now. I don't know if they made it to storybook circus or not. With 2 littles ones and it being their first trip it may have been too crowded to take them.

Dumbo looks AMAZING now.... it finally looks different than the Magic Carpet Ride.

Neat pics! It will be interesting to see if you can still see the construction from Dumbo while you're riding it, or if they've somehow blocked it off. I can't wait to see the new footprint of Toontown as Storybook Circus, and DD is SO excited that her beloved Barnstormer (Goofini) is back! What are y'all most excited about in this first phase?

Ok, it's been awhile since I've done Dumbo..it did not have water under it before, yes? I wonder how the new "queue" system is working??

First off I'll say I love the way it looks....love how all the renovations look actually...and love how it looks at night...Although I don't think I'd like to be there for a soft open...seeing as how they are saying it's testing to make sure nothing goes wrong...LOL...So does this mean they only have one of the dumbo rides open now or are both of them open? I never really realized how bland, boring, and in need of some sprucing up Dumbo was until they redid it. Also that's cool how it goes in the opposite direction now. Do you think it will feel any different going the other direction? Do you think you would even notice? Also did they change the barnstormer ride at all or did they just change the theming around it?

I have all these same questions..someone really needs to ride Dumbo for us and let us know! I am really concerned about this ride going the wrong way.
