Clarks makes some really great sandals that I can walk in all day without killing my back and yet they are so cute too. I have also heard that those FitFlops are good as well and they aren't like regular old flip flops. I wear my sneakers for exercising and can't wait to get them off, I've never been able to wear them in the park, but that's just me.
Everyone raves about Clarks. The last pair I tried in a store didn't do much for me. Are there particular varieties that are good?
Every pair of Clarks I have owned have been wonderful. It's just the construction of the shoe, but I don't know if men's would differ.
I am a HUGE fan of Born sandals and Merrells - my Merrells are, hands down, my ab fave shoe, and I've worn the Mary Jane style, sans socks, to the parks with few problems (a blister here or there if it's very humid or if I'm walking like someone's chasing me, but that's what First Aid's for, yes?)
Hmmm...Pumas, FitFlops, and I've heard good things about Reefs. I may never be a "flip flop in the park" kinda girl, but these might work for life outside the park.
