The Four Seasons Orlando is located on Walt Disney World property within the Golden Oaks complex. This luxury resort has a new program for parents to take advantage of homeschooling and distance learning opportunities while relaxing on a Walt Disney World vacation.
According to the article The Four Seasons will offer programs Monday through Friday. Guests can choose from a half-day or full-day schedule, at $50 for 9 a.m. to noon, or $100 for 9 a.m. 3 p.m. That includes lunch, which students order off a set menu, you know, like school. An optional enrichment period is also available midday to make room for arts and crafts or exercise.
Would this entice you to take a bit of a vacation during this "school year?" I never felt bad taking my kids out to go to Disney to begin with, I think I would have gotten some pretty big complaints if I had attempted to send them to something like this.
