I am in the very early stages of hoping for a trip this May. I say early because I haven't even told The Dave yet. Anyway, I know free dining was offered at various times throughout the year last year---was it offered in late May/early June? If it was do you think it will be offered again this year?

Bella -- Disney released free dining discounts through Sept 2011 -- the first time they've offered it any time outside of the Fall months!!
The only dates offered for May are May 27 - Jun 2, but remember, you only have check on on one of those days and you'll have free dining for your entire trip.

I'm not even sure if the dining plan will really work for us this time since we'll have Holden but it's nice to know that it's there!!

If you stay at a value resort its just TS meals and snacks (Im assuming you dont want to drag Holden thru a long sit down meal? Im just assuming here)

We are staying at a Value Resort next Sept and to get the regular dining plan instead of just the CS one then all we have to do is pay an extra $10 per adult per day. Still way ahead
