Disney is already partnered with China. Why would this be bad?

My brother works for AMC here in the Uk. There are only two sites, Manchester and Birmingham. The cinema is a class above the rest here as it is always clean, doesn't take an age to get a ticket etc. I just hope whatever happens they keep doing what they are doing
