Thanks! It's been an awesome Mom's Day already! Yesterday DS1 received his masters in engineering, today the three men in my family are singing with me in church. it just doesn't get much better than that!

I got Minnie Mouse and Ariel earrings from Blondie (she said I can wear them for my trip)

And a lot of yummy food and fun yesterday!

It's been a lovely day all by myself. Our son lives 3 hours away, and is in the middle of moving, and Peter had to work today. I spent the afternoon working in the garden, which may not sound like a wonderful day, but after the winter/spring we've had, was just heavenly. Sunny and warm, and great to get the flower beds weeded and mulched.
I hope everyone else is having a fun day too.

Nothing like time in the garden. It's become my new zen! Every morning I walk out there and then spend time there when I get home from work. I think every plant I have grew a foot just last night! Enjoy!

Thought I'd revive last years thread..So Happy Mother's Day to all of you across the pond...May 10th...And for those not lucky enough to be at Disney, what would your perfect day be if you were inside the magic bubble..For myself I would treat my princess ( Wife ) to an evening in a romantic restaurant ...And surprise her with a dozen red roses at the table..

This always makes me chuckle, in the UK our Mother's Day is in March. DS says I can't claim it twice hahaha! But in fact we did have a lovely evening booking hotels for pre and post Disney cruise.
