I don't think I know anyone who's ever eaten here? If you did, what did you get and was it good? If you haven't would you ever consider it?

We have never done Tokyo Dining but we have done it's neighbor Teppan Edo quite a few times and love it.
After we check in at BWV, we always head over to Epcot for a late lunch at Tokyo Dining. Never waited more than 5 minutes to be seated. Great service and atmosphere. Usually order the Dynamite roll and Volcano roll. Drink of choice is the Mt. Fuji.
Do you mean at epcot?
Excellent point. Given its name that's not clear at all. I meant the World Showcase Tokyo Dining, although I'd love to hear people's opinion about dining in Tokyo too.

Great tips! Those are both variations on California rolls with spicy stuff, right?
Welcome to the boards too!
I would love to eat there, but we usually do Teppan Edo. Have been there several time. Scrappy's not into the Sushi. I eat as much as I can.

Thanks! Yes, Dynamite roll has wasabi mayo, while Volcano roll has chili mayo.

Chili mayo! Sounds Mexican!
We've never eaten here either, but it's definitely on the to-do list! Any other recommendations for sushi in WDW, skunk?

Spicy Kazan Roll at California Grill is excellent. Enjoyed the sushi at Wolfgang Puck cafe as well. I hear that Kimono's is the best, and hope to get over there soon, as well as Kona Island at The Polynesian.
Just an FYI, I read last month that Tokyo Dining/ Mitsukoshi is now the sole supplier of all the packaged sushi at Walt Disney World Resort. Sunshine Seasons in The Land Pavilion at Epcot; Starring Rolls at Disney's Hollywood Studios; Gasparilla Grill at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa; Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant in the Magic Kingdom (open seasonally as needed), and Beach Club Marketplace at Disney's Beach Club Resort.
Have you done the counter in the Poly?
