Help on the best way to do dinning reservations when not staying on property

Hi All,
I am approaching my 180 day mark and am nervous because we are not staying on property. So if there any members here who have made dinning reservations when not staying on property I would appreciate any advise. I know in have to wait until each day reaches 180 days but how likely am to get the following restaurants:
MK: Be Our Guest (is number 1 choice as I have eaten there but the other 3 adults have not).
Liberty Tree Tavern
Crystal Palace

Epcot: Le Cellare (is are 1 choice)
Tutto Italia
Via Napoli

Animal Kingdom: Bona font breakfast

Now we will be going to MK on 2 different days and Epcot on 2 different days as well so do you think we will get our 1st choices for those parks?

Thanks

I think you will be fine as long as you do it on the 180 day mark. For an upcoming trip I missed the 180 mark by a few days and still got everything I wanted including BOG.

I don't see why you would not be able to get any of those choices at the 180 day mark. Also Boma is in the Animal Kingdom lodge, not the park and we have walked in for breakfast on numerous occasions without a reservation and had no problem getting in.

I would say be flexible with your times. Also, if something is not available at the 180 mark, keep checking back! I had a friend that I was helping do her dining reservations. She wanted a BOG dinner reservation for 6 and we weren't booking until closer to the 160 day mark and of course nothing was available. I used the TouringPlan.com reservation finder and sure enough, a few weeks later a 6pm reservation popped up!

We've even used the Disney app while there to snag rezzies that pop up at the last minute.

Kathys booking dining, especially in the free dining range, can be tough. Touring Plans reservation finder has been heaven sent for me. They'll send you an email or text as soon as the restaurant you are looking for becomes available in the range you want and you can jump on it. People change plans all the time!

Monday was a nightmare. I logged in to My Disney Experience at 7 am and the system was down. I immediately called at 7:01 and got the dreaded message that due to the high volume there was a 1 hour wait. How can that be possible when the start at 7 EST....which is my time zone??????? So I knew I would never get BOG. I was on hold for 1 hour 40 minutes and so I got Liberty Tree Tavern...which I like but still...and in the meantime when I was not so patiently waiting I used my house phone to call Disneys technical support and was told that was a 90 minute wait. I tried a chat and got a message telling me that was a 35 minute wait....so I guess this is my punishment for staying off prooerty.
