Hoper option refund?

We are heading down in just 12 days. We got our paperwork and coupon book in the mail the other day and I noticed that we have the hoper option. When we called Disney and ordered our package we chose not to have hopers this trip.

So I do not know if I paid for it or it is just some accidental pixie dust. Our budget is a bit tight this year. If I paid for it can I have it taken off and get a refund of the difference?

Or if I call will they find it as a mistake and I did not pay for it and loose the hoper and the refund both?

what do you think?

I had a friend last year who accidentally bought a hopper ticket and he was told that he could not get a refund even though he had not yet used his park ticket. He only asked one cast member, so maybe he could have gotten a refund if he had pursued it, but he said it wasn't worth the time to him.

I would call and see what they say. Just explain that you didn't want the hopper and see if you can get your money back. Waiting until you get to Disney may be too late but if you call now, they may give you your money back.

I would call. The worse they can say is no, but I've found with Disney that if you clearly explain that it was their mistake, they will make it right.

But I might check your package first. If you didn't pay for it, don't rock the boat. Smile Consider it a late Christmas present and hop away!

I would run your prices first and see what it comes out to both way. You should be able to see if you paid for it or not.
