What websites, fare alerts, or strategies do you use to find the cheapest flights to Disney World?
I typically start my search with Expedia to see what's out there. I do a "flexible" search to see when I can get the best fare. Sometimes I check out Kayak too, as it searches multiple sites, but usually they match.
There is a great site called Yapta, which allows you to track a flight and receive alerts when the price changes. You can even see the last month's trend on a chart. This way you can see how low the fare has gone and you can hope it will drop again. Even if you do book, you can have Yapta alert you if the fare has dropped since then, as many airlines will give you a credit if your fare drops lower than your purchase price.
I like to book direct with the airline for mileage reasons. I do use Expedia when I'm booking hotel and air together. They have some great deals. Disney hotels are on there.
Two weeks!!!
I use Booking Buddy, fare compare and I do like Kayak as well. Booking Buddy and Fare Compare will email you as well.
I will have to check out Yapta though cheers for that one.

I always use Kayak.com, but have heard great things about Yapta!
Looking forward to trying some of the other sites you guys have mentioned, too. Thanks for the great ideas.

I never realized there were so many.
Y'all probably know this, but AirTran and Allegiant are two discount carriers that, I'm pretty sure, don't appear on many of the travel websites. AirTran and Southwest are merging, and they represent a HUGE amount of traffic into Orlando International. Allegiant is a smaller carrier, and they service mostly smaller airports, like Rockford, IL, Huntington, WV, and Greensboro, NC and Greenville, SC, to name a few examples. They've just announced that they're moving all of their flights back from OIA to Orlando Sanford International, a smaller airport here in Central FL, due to customer demands - yay for them! Magical Express isn't available through Orlando Sanford...but if the flight is a good deal, it might be worth considering.
I use kayak and farecompare.com. The latter is the foremost source for tracking airfare trends and statistical data. Not only can you get email alerts to let you know when the price( go down, you can track pricing trends over any length of time - by week/month/six months/year. All that said, the prices are usually the same and sometimes cheaper on the discount airline's website. Remember, after you buy your ticket, if the price goes down most airlines will credit you the difference if you call and ask.
www.travelzoo.com is great at finding where the cheapest places are to look, such as ones people have previous mentioned like kayak and expedia, for your particular flight. Travelzoo is great!

Do they do cars and hotels and everything?

Travelzoo has a subscription service where you can sign up for an email each week with their "top 20 deals" in the travel space that week. That email has gotten me in trouble MANY times!
