How do you pass the time...??

Ok, I have John's bday trip all planned out. It's paid in full, including the Wild Africa Trek. ADR's made. Gift cards purchased (one to cover Dine with an Imagineer, the other 2 just as spending money). Gift is pretty much packaged up (I did go with the treasure chest, but have to wrap outer cover box and put gift tag on it). Daily itenierary is printed out, and in binder included inside treasure chest. Now I have 3 & 1/2 weeks til the big reveal. Party planning is pretty much set too (rented a hall for cheap, menu planned out, just have to put it all together the day of).

I am restless!!!! I need something to do without ruining the surprise!!! I can't really watch Disney movies any more than I do now or it may make him question why. I need something to occupy myself as I am just going to drive myself nuts!!!

Scrappy, or anyone else who has surprised a spouse/other... How did you contain yourself?!?!? UGH!!!!!!!

Thanks for letting me release some excitement!!!

I do feel your pain lol. It really was so very hard not to tell him before the party. I could not even post anything about it on here. I counted down the weekends till the party. It was so hard not having him share in the excitement with me. However, it was worth it. The reveal was so much fun. Hang in there, before you know it, you will be telling us all about the party!

Spending a daft amount of time on YouTube watching ride videos, trip report videos etc etc! There are some great reveal videos too! Just pop some headphones in so he can't hear what you're watching!

When we surprised my brother it was easier because he was so young and with a few of us in on the surprise we could bounce excitement off each other!

It is VERY hard not to say something... A few times, I almost blurted it out!!! These next few weeks are going to be the hardest!! I am glad I am on this forum to let off some steam... Thanks for sharing my excitement!! I keep thinking I'm going to get a notice from here, other disney sites, and youtube saying knock it off already because I'm constantly on these sites lol... And I will definitely post pictures of the reveal!!!

I usually pass it something like this:

Even harder when you're trying to keep a secret!

I'm more of the bouncing off the walls type lol... And this waiting stuff is horrible!!! I'm glad I'm telling him in 3 weeks, because I don't think I can hold it in much longer...
