made my trip "to do" list
paid off my room at POFQ (paid All-Stars last month)
made my mousekeeping tip envelopes
made tip envelopes for my home airport shuttle
went shopping for a few things for my trip
Hoping to make it to the Disney store this weekend

In addition to working on stuff for my trip, I went to my BFF's house yesterday and was helping her plan her trip. Her and her husband have been before but it has been several years. This will be the first trip for their kids (they'll be 6 and 2 when they go in April).

Slight change in plans.... While having lunch at work, I was on the Disney site (as usual). I happened to check the room discounts and saw Port Orleans Riverside listed for passholder discount. Neither POFQ not POR had rooms available when the passholder discounts were announced. I called tonight and changed my reservation. I am getting a nice refund.
