There has been lots of talk about Via Napoli but honestly this is the one I am looking forward to the most. I love Mexican food..I looooveed Cantina de San Angel and I love Disney food. Win, win, win!

On my next trip I will be partaking in this one..and La Cava de Tequila thankyouverymuch!

We are going to try to get a walk-up when we are thee next month since they're not taking ADRs yet for when we're there.

Of course, we're going to Via Napoli too. And Mexican and italian are 2 of my favorites, yumyumyum.

Will do! We may only get there for quick-service lunch, but I hear it's all going to be fab.

As a Texan my confidence in the food at the Hacienda is low. I'm looking forward to trying it, but I'm not optimistic. Via Napoli looks pretty good so far although the pizza looks different than Naples 45 (run by the same folks, but in DTD in Disneyland) based on the pictures and I really enjoyed the Naples 45 pizza.

I really hope it is A LOT BETTER than what it used to be. They did chips from a bag? Salsa from a jar? Being a So Cal native (and no I can not find GOOD mexican food here in Colorado now) I LOVE LOVE LOVE Mexican food...San Angel has the BEST ambiance restaurant on WDW property but they food was less than mediocre

Based on your comment and Alice's I think I'm lucky I have lived in South Carolina my entire life and I don't really know what "good" Mexican is...because I loved Cantina de San Angel! The Wet Burrito was a favorite of mine. If they improve the food I might go into a Mexi-coma.
