Who else is going to F&W and has signed up for some of the low-cost food and wine seminars?
My husband and I didn't want to spend $$$ on some of the special dinner events, so we instead opted to set aside $100 for low-cost seminars. Our total cost for 5 seminars ended up being $94.
Here is what we opted for!
Wine:
Domaines Barons de Rothschild, Lafite Around the World - Steve Kelley (They have several wineries in France, S. America, etc.)
Moët & Chandon, Epernay, France - Sharita Thomas (mmm champagne!)
Food:
Gary Jones, Walt Disney World Culinary Dietary Specialist.
Rick Perez, Dole Executive Chef, Presented by Dole (was hoping for Dole whips, but noooo they have to go and do chicken!)
Russell Palmer, Hollywood Brown Derby, Disney's Hollywood Studios (Presenting duck...no Donald involved!)
I think for 5 seminars that $94 for 2 people is really reasonable! And yes, samples are included!
