Lion King on Blu-Ray

Just got this e-mail and I was very excited! It's set to be released on Blu-Ray on October 4th!

I love it..I didn't buy this one on DVD for some reason and it has been TOO long since I've seen it. Anyone else going to pre-order??

I might pre-order from Amazon, because if they drop the price at all from the time you pre-order to the time it's released, you only have to pay whatever the lowest price was. I've gotten some great deals that way.

We'll definitely be getting it! We rarely pre-order, though. I think my last copy was VHS eek

I also just saw on Amazon that Dumbo is being released on BluRay September 20th!

They used to offer incentives when you preordered. When I ordered Cinderella they gave us lithograms and a cinderella doll. Now they don't do anything. I wish they did!

I pre-ordered! Very money saving that way! Plus, for those of you who are part of the Disney movie rewards club, you get extra points for pre-ordering through them and it's at a good price!

I didn't realize there was a price difference..and good LORD did you see the original price on Amazon is 49.99 for the Diamond Edition? It's of course marked down to $29.99 but goodness..that seems like a lot, even for a fancy Disney Blu-Ray.

Fyi, I forgot to tell Dave about this until just now and he ALMOST got up and jumped around..he is pumped.
