We are arriving at 10:05 PM Next Wednesday (YA) 
. I know we have to get our own bags before boarding Magic Express. Question - how long do you think it is going to take to get to POR? We have never used ME and do not know what to expect. I am worried that since we are arriving later at night that we might have to wait at the airport until even later flights arrive before ME leaves for the "world". Thanks again to everyone for their help in making our first trip successful.

Re: Magical Express, I think it's just the luck of the draw as far as waiting for flights. Yours might be the last one they're waiting for. Usually, though, ME times things pretty well so that you won't be waiting TOO long. Sometimes there are delays, but they won't, by design, have people sitting on the bus waiting for an hour.
Once you leave the airport, it should take about 30 minutes, give or take, to get to WDW property. Not sure where POR will be on the stop schedule, so you might have to go to one or two other resorts to drop people off first.

Hey Dewey! I agree with spaceace -- shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes to get to WDW from the airport, and when you arrive at the resort depends on what number stop you are.
